Mousesports Beats Na’Vi To Win StarSeries i-League CS:GO Season 4

Season 4 of the StarSeries i-League in Ukraine has come to an end and Mousesports beat Natus Vincere aka Na’Vi 2-1 in the best-of-three finals on Sunday.


Na’Vi took the opening map 16-7, but Mousesports took an 11:4 lead at the half of the second map of the series. Na’Vi rallied to force overtime, and then battled back yet again after Mousesports took a 3-0 lead. But Mousesports ultimately took the map in the second overtime.

Mousesports, who ranks number 6 in the world, took control in the third map, finishing the first have leading 11-4. Na’Vi again tried to rally, but finally fell 16-9.

“It’s our third tournament with this team, first it was DreamHack Winter, not a really big tournament but we won it,” s1mple told HLTV.org. “After that, it was the Major, and we have electronic who has up to that point never been in big tournaments, in finals, semifinals… So we lost to FaZe, and we discussed mistakes. Now at StarSeries we lost the final, unfortunately, but we will fix our mistakes and we will keep moving forward. I believe in this team, I see that everyone wants to win and everyone is trying really hard.”
